Staff Credentials
Every member of our staff is a licensed Property and Casualty agent in the State of California. We expect that each phone call or client visit be greeted with the knowledge and experience of a licensed professional. In addition, many staff members hold professional designations and/or higher education degrees. Continuing education is an important part of the BCV philosophy, and our staff is never limited to the classes only required by the State. We also encourage the staff to attend writing, computer, leadership, management, and organizational training seminars to be as well-rounded professionally as possible. Each member of our staff is confident and capable.
As a business, we understand the balance companies must strike between high level protection and cost containment. Cost is important to all of us, but at the end of the day coverage is the most critical component. We believe it is not necessary to sacrifice solid protection to achieve cost savings.
